At Aurovique, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

Easy Returns 

We accept returns on products that meet the conditions outlined below. 

Return Request Period 

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Product Usage Condition 

To qualify for a return or refund: 

  • The perfume must not have more than 5ml used. 
  • Products with more than 5ml of fragrance consumed will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. 

Processing Time 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your return, refund, or exchange request will be processed within 3–5 business days. 

Shipping Charges 

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for an exchange. 
  • If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, Aurovique will cover all applicable shipping costs. 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: 

  • Tester products 
  • Sample sizes 
  • Sale items 
  • Discounted products 
  • Promotional bundle offers 

Original Packaging Requirement 

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts. Products returned with damaged packaging or missing components may be subject to deductions or rejection. 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement and cover all related shipping charges. 

Important Note 

For a smooth and hassle-free return process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us quickly resolve any issues regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
